Where do you ship?

Right now, Ryspot Design ships to North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.  If you're outside of these areas, please contact hello@ryspot.design prior to placing an order and we may be able to help you out.

Do you offer returns?

Due to the made-to-order status of the products, returns are available only if the product is damaged during transportation.  Please ask any questions before placing your order.  If the product is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact hello@ryspot.design immediately.

How long does it take to make my order?

That depends on the piece ordered.  Please refer to the product page.  If you have any additional questions, please contact hello@ryspot.design .

Do you make custom orders?

Are there wholesale discounts?

My piece was damaged during shipping, what should I do?

Contact hello@ryspot.design immediately upon receiving your order.  Please take photos of any damaged packaging before opening the package.
